Alabama basketball is back in Tuscaloosa on Saturday night to face an old nemesis, the Creighton Bluejays following a 10-day break since an impressive 15-point road win over North Carolina in Chapel Hill.

This will be the Crimson Tide's first game at Coleman Coliseum in over a month. Alabama last played in Tuscaloosa back on November 11th - a 72-64 win over Will Wade and McNeese. Since then, Alabama has played games in West Lafayette, Birmingham, Las Vegas, and Chapel Hill.

Alabama enters the game at 7-2 overall and ranked No. 7 in the AP Poll. This is the Tide's toughest out-of-conference game left with games against North Dakota, Kent State, and South Dakota State following before the gauntlet of SEC play begins.

Creighton enters the game at 7-3 and a two-game winning streak. The Bluejays recently knocked off No. 1 Kansas but lost second-leading scorer Pop Isaacs to injury shortly thereafter.

How to watch Alabama vs. Creighton

Saturday night's matchup with Creighton is scheduled to tip off at 7:30 PM CST and will be televised on the SEC Network with Tom Hart and Dane Bradshaw on the call. The game will also be available to stream on the ESPN app.

A unique rivalry

Alabama and Creighton have a unique college basketball rivalry. This will only be the fourth meeting between the programs, but the Crimson Tide is still looking for its first win. The birth of the "rivalry" was in the 2012 NCAA Tournament first round, a 58-57 win for the Bluejays. Alabama fans still aren't over the final play of that game, what looked like an obvious foul on a Trevor Releford jump shot that would have given the Tide two free throws with a chance to win the game.

Alabama came up just short in Omaha last season, falling to Creighton 85-82. This will be the Bluejays' first trip to Tuscaloosa.
