Looking on the bright side, Alabama still has everything in front of them

Despite how vulnerable this Alabama football team looks right now they still have everything in front of them as they move into the toughest part of their SEC scheduled.

With how frustrating the last two games have been, it may sound crazy but looking on the bright side, Alabama still has everything in front of them. The Crimson Tide may have had way too much drama against South Carolina on Saturday, but they are still 5-1 on the season.

There are still quite a few tests on the schedule, but there isn't a team Alabama can't beat. Going to Knoxville next Saturday is going to be a tough game, but this Tennesse team has come down to earth the last two weeks. If Alabama plays at the level we know they can, getting a win against the Vols is definitely a possibility.

After the Tennessee game, Missouri comes to town and despite the hype coming into the season they haven't lived up to the hype. Don't get me wrong the Tigers have a lot of talent and will be a tough test in Tuscaloosa, but the team I saw get blown out in College Station last week is a beatable team.

November could be a long month with road games in Baton Rouge and Norman, but once again these are games the Crimson Tide can win. And to close the regular season of course we have the Iron Bowl, but it will be in Tuscaloosa, and who knows what Auburn will look like at the end of next month.

Of course there is plenty this coaching staff and players need to clean up and they will be facing a lot of scrutiny from the media and fanbase, but despite it being a tough schedule I feel good about what this team can do. There are quite a few toss up games but having watched these other teams on the upcoming schedule I like the Tide's chances.

This team just has to take it week by week and concentrate on getting better in all areas of the game. No matter how un-Bama like the last nine quarters of football have looked, a few things get cleaned up the sky is still the limit for Kalen Deboer's team.
