Mark Ingram's son shows he's a chip off the old block by antagonizing Steelers fans

Like father, like son.

Mark Ingram sure knows how to work a crowd. He's shown that ability in his role on FOX's Big Noon Kickoff, becoming a star college football personality since his playing days came to an end.

That's not a surprise considering how charismatic Alabama's first Heisman Trophy winner has always been. He's also loyal to his core. He's not known as "King Gump" for no reason in Tuscaloosa. He's always repped the Crimson Tide with all of his might.

He also loves to rep the pro teams he played for every chance he gets. While Ingram will be remembered more in the NFL for his time with the New Orleans Saints, he also had a highly productive season with the Baltimore Ravens in 2019, where he rushed for over 1000 yards.

So on Friday night in the 2nd Round of the NFL Draft, Ingram represented the Ravens to announce one of their picks. With the draft live in Pittsburgh, home of the Ravens' hated rival Steelers, Ingram couldn't help but take a shot at the home fans.

Ingram told the fans in attendance that he had a special message for them, and allowed his son to deliver it:

"Steelers still suck!" Ingram's son yelled into the microphone:

Mark Ingram's son just endeared himself to Ravens fans forever

Like father, like son. He's certainly a chip off the old block.

That's a clip that Ravens fans will remember forever and will play over and over again. I would expect that to be clipped and played in the Ravens' home stadium the very next time the Steelers make the trip over to M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore.

There's certainly no love lost in that rivalry, and while Ingram only spent two seasons with the Ravens, if you've played on one side of that rivalry for even a single season, the hatred burns deep.

Ingram didn't make any friends in Pittsburgh on Friday night, but that wasn't his goal. His goal was to antagonize Pittsburgh fans. Mission accomplished.
