Still celebrating the unreal game-winner from Mark Sears over No. 1 Auburn? You're not alone, as the veteran guard came up HUGE for No. 7 Alabama basketball, lifting the Crimson Tide to easily one of the most thrilling wins of the season.
Sears made some unreal history with his game-winner and it's a shot that's going to give his team loads of confidence with the SEC Tournament here. Talk about silencing a home crowd too. Thanks to the official Alabama hoops X account, we've been given a new look at Sears' incredible shot. This somehow has made the Bama win even better:

Mark Sears continues to be the hero for Alabama after stunning Auburn
Yup, everything about that clip is perfect. Sears, with ice in his veins, fired off a floater and it found the bottom of the cotton. Then, he celebrated in style right in front of Auburn fans. Not only was this against a hated rival, but it also came against the No. 1 team in the country.
Now, Bama is ready to make a ton of noise in the SEC Tournament, and then the NCAA Tournament is right around the corner too. Prior to the win over Auburn, the Tide had posted back-to-back losses for Tennessee and Florida.
Closing out the regular season with three consecutive defeats would have been a nightmare, but Sears wasn't going to let that happen. A lot of the headlines from Saturday's contest have been going to the dirty elbow from Chad Baker-Mazara and understandably so.
However, people are going to remember the clutch moment from Sears for quite some time. Whenever head coach Nate Oats has needed him to step up this season, the veteran standout has been there to deliver for him. More of the same is surely going to be on the way in the conference tournament and then for March Madness as well.
