With remnants of Hurricane Isaias lingering around, College GameDay was forced indoors in Tuscaloosa and broadcast live from Coleman Coliseum ahead of the highly anticipated showdown between Alabama and Georgia later tonight on Saban Field.
That didn't stop the show from being wild, though.
And the wildest moment happened after the picks. Desmond Howard rolled with Nick Saban and Bryce Young in picking Alabama to take down Georgia, but Pat McAfee had to disagree. Ever the showman, McAfee worked the crowd before selecting the Bulldogs to win the game.
Saban and Young weren't having any of that.
Saban playfully rared back his fist and delivered a "punch" to McAfee. Young then stood up and yanked McAfee out of his chair and "threw" him onto the ground:
This has been a nice little morning here at Coleman Coliseum..

There’s a bunch of DAWGS coming down the track that have DOMINATED every single team this season..

Nick Saban and Bryce Young hilariously "attacked" Pat McAfee for picking Georgia over Alabama
Who among us hasn't wanted to take a swing at McAfee at some point or another? That was as good a moment as any.
For Alabama fans, it was just nice to finally have one of our own as the guest picker. After enduring the likes of Theo Von and Nate Bargatze, among others, having Young up there was a breath of fresh air. The fact that he threw McAfee on the ground? Icing on the cake.
Three of the four GameDay pickers selected Alabama to beat Georgia, but two of them were always going to make that decision with Saban and Young. The two neutral pickers were split, though you can expect Georgia fans to use the graphic as "motivation."
Truthfully, none of that matters to either Kalen DeBoer or Kirby Smart. There's plenty of motivation for both teams.
Smart will try to exorcize his regular-season demons and earn his first win as a visitor in Bryant-Denny Stadium.
DeBoer is looking to further prove that this team has taken a gigantic step forward, particularly up front, and Georgia represents the biggest test of concept so far, by a wide margin.
While the hurricane forced College GameDay inside, the weather should be pretty clear for tonight's kickoff. There could be a little bit of rain and some wind, but it won't be the monsoon and severe storm that was potentially in the forecast earlier in the week.
We should get a game that isn't too impacted by weather or any exterior factors outside of the guys on the field and the coaches on the sideline.
