Alabama Football: 2024 signees who will make the biggest impact as freshmen
Alabama Football brought a lot of talent on board on early National Signing Day. In total, 23 new additions officially put pen to paper and signed with the Crimson Tide. As it currently stands, Bama’s class is ranked second nationally.
This group includes a pair of 5-star recruits in quarterback Julian Sayin and cornerback Jaylen Mbakwe, as well as thirteen 4-star signees. In addition, Alabama is still awaiting the signature of 5-star wide receiver commit Ryan Williams. Coach Nick Saban continues to stack elite recruiting classes, and the future of the program looks as bright as ever.
This 2024 class for Alabama Football will win a lot of games over the next few years, but which of its signees could possibly contribute as true freshmen?
It’s far too early to know for sure. We will have to wait until the conclusion of the College Football Playoff to get a better understanding of what Bama’s 2024 roster will look like, and we may not have a good idea of which freshmen are ready to contribute until after spring ball. Still, we can make some reasonable assumptions based on 2024 roster projections and high school evaluations of Bama’s recruiting class.
