Alabama Football Alumni had a big year with some of the Crimson Tide's rookies stealing the show in the NFL. Let's look at how each of the Alabama Football rookies did in year one in the NFL:

Bryce Young - 2,877 yards 11 TDs 10 INTs 253 rushing yards

The first overall pick in this year's NFL Draft Bryce Young had a disappointing Rookie Season. There are still plenty of reasons to still believe in Young however as he continues to adjust to the NFL. Bryce Young will have a new head coach in Dave Canales who's helped turn around the careers of Baker Mayfield and Geno Smith. The Panthers will need to add some weapons for Bryce Young through the draft or free agency as the receiving group for the Panthers was lacking in talent. The offensive line has to be rebuilt as well with Young being sacked 62 times in 2023

Will Anderson Jr - Edge Rusher - Texans - 8 sacks and 49 tackles

The third overall pick Will Anderson has played just like he did for the Alabama Football team causing havoc on opposing quarterbacks in the NFL. An ankle injury slowed Anderson's season, however, he recorded seven sacks this season along with 45 tackles. In the playoffs, Anderson was a stand-out as well recording a sack and four tackles in two games played. A fully healthy year two for Anderson could see the Alabama Football alumni reach double-digit sacks in his second season in the system.
