Alabama vs. South Carolina how to watch, odds, injuries, weather, and series history
The beautiful thing about the college football season is there's not a lot of time to dwell on a singular game. Alabama lost to Vanderbilt in Week 6, in what was one of the most disappointing results in program history.
But the time to be disappointed about that is over; we're on to South Carolina week. This will be the first time Alabama and South Carolina have met in football since 2019, and the first time the Gamecocks have traveled to Tuscaloosa since 2009.
You might remember that 2009 game for Mark Ingram's Heisman moment, when he put a struggling offense on his back and rushed for 246 yards to help the Crimson Tide pull out a victory over the Steve Spurrier coached Gamecocks.
Both teams are searching for a much needed victory. Alabama, obviously, coming off the lost to Vanderbilt, needs to restore order. South Carolina was soundly beaten by Ole Miss 27-3, and will be looking for an offensive bounceback against an Alabama defense with a lot of question marks.
