41. Tyler Booker - Guard

Tyler Booker is the mainstay of the Alabama offensive line as he's entering his third season as a mainstay on the offensive line. The 2023 season was Booker's best yet earning him First Team All-SEC Honors from the AP while he could've easily been on one of the three All-American teams.

Watching offensive line film isn't fun for a majority of players but, watching what Booker does is incredible. As a run blocker, Booker is a road grader opening massive holes for the Alabama running backs. For how fun Booker is to watch as a run blocker, he's even better in pass protection dominating any player across from him. The offensive line will see plenty of turnover but, the veteran presence of Booker should make the adjustment period easier.

47. Deontae Lawson - Linebacker

The Alabama Defense went under a ton of change this off-season losing three of it's top defensive linemen and nearly the entire secondary. The key returning piece in 2024 will be linebacker Deontae Lawson who was one of the emerging stars on the defense in 2023. In his career thus far, Lawson has recorded 118 tackles, 8 pass breakups, 3 sacks, and 8 tackles for a loss.

Kane Wommack's 4-2-5 defense will only make Lawson look better and he could easily become a first team All-American. In the run game, Lawson's speed and play recognition stand out as he quickly blows up plays. The area you'd like to see Lawson improve in is his pass coverage as he struggled at times but, has all the tools to be an impactful player against the pass.
