The Alabama Football team needs more production out of the wide receiver room after lacking an 800-yard receiver for a second straight season. The position group will be the one benefitting the most from the coaching turnover with Kalen DeBoer's high-powered offense and JaMarcus Shephard's coaching prowess. Enter Germie Bernard a transfer entering from DeBoer's Washington program.

As the fourth receiver in a room of three receivers who are heading to the NFL Draft Germie Bernard still stood out recording 34 catches for 419 yards and two touchdowns adding 43 yards and a pair of touchdowns rushing. Bernard has a chance to be the Alabama Football team's leading receiver and a chance at being one of the best receivers in the Nation.

At receiver, Bernard has shown an ability to create explosive plays after the catch for both the Huskies and the Spartans while at Michigan State. The style of play that Bernard shows is similar to that of Kendrick Law with the ability to turn any screen into a touchdown. The receiver room will be a camp battle to watch this spring but, Bernard will be one of the three receivers on the field the most on Saturdays.
