Alabama's Jalen Milroe has a chance to significantly boost his draft stock with a big performance on Saturday night against Georgia with a bevy of NFL scouts in attendance.

Jalen Milroe has had quite a few games in his career where all eyes are on him, and the draft experts have been all over the place with their thoughts on him. It seems as of now he is projecting as a later first round pick in the 2025 NFL draft and you would have to think a great game against Georgia will do wonders to his draft stock.

We know finding your next franchise QB in the draft is something all teams strive to do so if Milroe has a special night against arguably the best defense he might see all season, I'm sure that will bring excitement from several GMs looking for the next hot commodity before draft season.

Jalen's big arm and mobility are two things all GM's and coaches desire and if on full display in a win on Saturday night his stock will definitely rise from an end of the first round guy. It is amazing to see what a year does for a player as after the loss last September to Texas many were questioning if he was even good enough to be the starter at Alabama. His best game in a prime time situation was last year against LSU, where arguably he out played Heisman winner Jayden Daniels and he has that same opportunity against Carson Beck in less than two days.

The biggest improvement that many are looking for is his ability on midrange throws and honestly not sure how much better this will get this season but any improvement seen especially in a game of such magnitude will be an added plus. He has improved a lot on his internal clock on when to get the ball out or run and checking down to the 2nd and third options when needed.

We know Kirby and his defensive staff is going to do everything to take Jalen's running lanes and Ryan Williams out of the game, meaning Kobe Prentice or Kendrick Law may be his best friends under the lights.

Like every Saturday how good Jalen looks starts with the offensive line play because we all know when he has time to throw the ball it's a wrap for most defenses. Also the offensive line controlling the line of scrimmage will allow the running game to flourish which will open up the passing game.

I would hope that if Kentucky was able to find success running the ball against this Georgia defense that the Crimson Tide will be able to find some as well. There is a certain confidence that Jalen possesses that makes me think he will have a special performance to really jump up the draft boards as well as staying near the top in the Heisman race.
