The Alabama Crimson Tide will go back to work on Tuesday to complete a few more Fall Camp sessions. What is known and unknown about Alabama's Depth Chart is not expected to change before game week begins. There are more knowns than unknowns, but central to any depth chart questions, is how Kalen DeBoer and his staff will release information.

Kalen DeBoer may not hate depth charts as much as Nick Saban. That does not mean that DeBoer will be a full-disclosure guy. We'll find out more on Aug. 26, but even if DeBoer publishes a depth chart on that date, a few starting roles are not expected to be firm. They may not be until game three or four.

In addition to starters at right tackle and boundary cornerback, many No. 2s are not firm. Positions on the depth chart are also fluid in every position staffed by player rotation rather than a traditional first-unit, second-unit pecking order. The Alabama Crimson Tide roster is so deep, that rotating players at some positions may be used more than it was in the Nick Saban years of Alabama Football.
