Alabama Crimson Tide Offensive Depth Chart

  • Quarterback - There is no debate, Jalen Milroe is QB1. Also clear is that Ty Simpson is QB2. At QB3, Austin Mack and Dylan Lonergan have little or no separation.
  • Running Back - With Jam Miller dinged up a bit in Fall Camp. Richard Young has made the most of some added snaps. The expected RB1A and RB1B situation with Justice Haynes and Miller gives the Crimson Tide a powerful duo that could become a rotating trio during the season.
  • Wide Receiver - At some point this season, national media will be forced to stop calling the Tide's wide receiver group a position of weakness. Up to eight wide receivers may share playing time. The first three on-the-field candidates appear to be Germie Bernard, Kendrik Law, and Kobe Prentice. Close behind are Ryan Williams, Emmanuel Henderson, and Cole Adams. Jaren Hamilton and Caleb Odom fill out the current top eight. Freshman Rico Scott made a claim for playing time during the second scrimmage.
  • Tight End - The position is important to Kalen DeBoer's offense. Four or five guys should gain plenty of action. The current pecking order appears to be CJ Dippre, Josh Cuevas, and Robbie Ouzts. Depending on the formation, those three could be listed differently.
  • Offensive Line - The first unit is set with Kadyn Proctor at left tackle, Tyler Booker at left guard, Parker Brailsford at center, and Jaeden Roberts at right guard. The right tackle battle between Wilkin Formby and Elijah Pruitt is expected to continue into the season. The key backups, who can all play multiple positions are Geno VanDeMark, Roq Montgomery, and Miles McVay.
