3. 2024 Rose Bowl: No. 1 Michigan 27 No. 4 Alabama 20

Jalen Milroe and the offensive line struggled to figure out Michigan’s simulated pressure and defensive disguises which led to four first-half sacks and a 13-10 Michigan halftime lead. There was no scoring in the third quarter, but Alabama took a 20-13 lead in the fourth.

Then, Jalen Milroe fumbled and it flipped the momentum. Michigan didn’t score off the turnover, but the Wolverines did score the game-tying TD with 1:34 left. In overtime, Blake Corum ran for a 17-yard touchdown and Alabama couldn’t answer.

It was another devastating loss for the Crimson Tide, but an all-time game, one of the best in CFP history.
