All Alabama fans like to portend that the are the biggest Crimson Tide fans on the planet.

Tommy Ray lives it.

The Tide superfan will attend his 664th consecutive Alabama game - home, away, or neutral site, when he finds his seats at Bryant-Denny Stadium for tonight's game against Georgia. And his 664th straight Alabama game will be one he never forgets.

Ray attended his first Alabama game back in 1963. In 1972 he started the streak, unintentionally, by attending every game of the season. He hasn't missed a game since.

For the highs of the Bryant era, to the lows of DuBose, Franchione, and Shula, back to the highs of Saban, Ray has seen it all.

But on Saturday, for the first time, he got to meet legendary Alabama coach Nick Saban for the first time.

Saban told Ray "Appreciate your support for all these years, man. I wish I could've won 600 games in a row."
