Week 3 brought a near shocker to SEC Football. Kentucky came close to knocking off Georgia in Lexington, losing by one, 13-12. Fans of the Wildcats will gladly point out some tough calls that went Georgia's way. They might be the main reason the Bulldogs won.

In another SEC game, the team that deserved to win did not. In maybe a new low for an SEC officiating crew, LSU came back to steal a three-point victory in Columbia, winning over South Carolina, 36-33.

The biggest embarrassment of the week for SEC Football happened in Starkville. The Toledo Rockets beat the Mississippi State Bulldogs, 41-17. Some State fans called the game an all-time low for the program. Thanks to Andrew Miller of M&W Nation for sharing fan responses.

According to Miller, MSU fans were primed for 'Showtime at State' and so far Jeff Lebby has delivered a "frustrating and ineffective offense" combined with "no defense to speak of." Multiple MSU fans asked if their Bulldogs are the worst Power Four team in the nation. Miller's summary tells a sad tale, "Getting run over by a MAC team in your own stadium is as bad as it gets."

No surprise here in Mississippi State being a no-brainer ranking at the bottom of the SEC Football cellar.
