The scrimmage could propel freshman Ryan Williams into the lead at punt returner. Germie Bernard might be a better option based on age and experience, but Hollywood as a returner would be a good way to get his hands on the ball before he breaks through as a first-unit wide receiver.

Much attention from fans will likely be given to reports about the new Alabama Football offense. Bama fans are excited about Kalen DeBoer's offense and anticipate Jalen Milroe will operate it efficiently. DeBoer is looking for consistency that keeps negative plays to a minimum while distributing the football to the Crimson Tide's many offensive weapons.

Offensive consistency should not mean the 2024 Alabama Crimson Tide is short on explosive play potential. There is an abundance of offensive playmakers in both returning players and dynamic freshmen, Ryan Williams and Caleb Odom.
