Parker Brailsford won't be going to Cleveland alone.
Just three picks after the Browns took the Alabama center with the 146th overall selection in the 5th Round, the franchise double-dipped on underrated Crimson Tide prospects by selecting LB Justin Jefferson with the 149th pick:
With the No. 149 pick in the 2026 @NFLDraft, the @Browns select Justin Jefferson.

The Browns may have won the draft with Parker Brailsford and Justin Jefferson picks
Two of my absolute favorite Alabama NFL Draft prospects. Brailsford has All-Pro potential at the center position and could come in and be a day-one starter for the Browns in the middle of their offensive line.
Jefferson took advantage of an extra year thanks to the JUCO ruling. He likely would have been an undrafted free agent a year ago, but he had a highly productive final season in Tuscaloosa. He was Alabama's best linebacker for much of the season, helping to anchor the middle of one of college football's best overall defenses.
Jefferson finished with 79 tackles and three sacks this past season, displaying his sideline-to-sideline speed and some positional versatility.
Jefferson was known more as a coverage linebacker when he arrived in Tuscaloosa, but he flashed some pass-rushing prowess and was certainly unafraid to stick his head into the running game.
He's still a bit raw after playing junior college football before transferring to Alabama and sitting on the bench for most of his first season. He's a guy who will come in and provide some quality depth immediately for Cleveland's defense while also likely becoming a core special teams player right away.
As time goes on, and Jefferson gets more and more comfortable, he's got the athletic ability and nose for the football to develop into a starting-level linebacker at the next level. He's the perfect type of upside swing in the 5th Round of the NFL Draft.
The Browns, long mocked as one of the laughingstock franchises in the NFL, are having a heck of a day three in the draft.
