For the 92nd straight week, a former Alabama football player scored a touchdown as the Crimson Tide was once again well represented in Week 8 of the NFL season. It's a streak that appears to be in no jeopardy of ending anytime soon.
It gets more challenging each week to narrow down the list. Najee Harris had his third straight 100+ yard rushing effort for the Pittsburgh Steelers in a Monday Night win over the New York Giants, and even he couldn't quite crack the Top 5 this week.
Calvin Ridley had over 100 receiving yards the first quarter for the Titans and finished with 143 yards on 10 receptions and he came up short. Some other notable performances included Xavier McKinney extending his league lead in interceptions, Derrick Henry scoring another touchdown and adding 73 rushing yards on just 11 carries, and DeVonta Smith finishing with 85 yards and a touchdown in an Eagles win.
Let's take a look at who did crack the list this week.
The Top 5
5. Tua Tagovailoa
The Dolphins lost 28-27 to the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, but it was a win for Tua Tagovailoa to get back on the field and walk off of it without suffering another injury.
Tagovailoa missed four games after suffering a concussion in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills, and the Dolphins mustered only 40 points in four games and a 1-3 record.
Tua played well in his return, completing 28-of-38 passes for 234 yards and a touchdown in a losing effort. The best moment of the game was the raucous cheers from the Miami fans when Tua took off running and wisely slid before taking any contact:

4. Will Anderson
Will Anderson is now tied for third in the NFL with 7.5 sacks after coming up with one in Sunday's Texans win over the Colts. It could have easily been a bigger game, too, as Anderson finished the game with 12 pressures.

Anderson sits at 7.5 sacks, which has now exceeded his total output of 7 during his rookie season. He's looking like an All-Pro in just his second season in the NFL, and is a big part of why the Texans are off to a 6-2 start.
3. Josh Jacobs
Josh Jacobs is sitting fourth in the NFL in rushing after another strong afternoon in Green Bay's 30-27 win over Jacksonville.
Jacobs carried the ball 25 times for 127 yards and a pair of touchdowns in the win. It was the second 100+ yard rushing day of the season for Jacobs.

2. Jahmyr Gibbs
Jahmyr Gibbs is sixth in the NFL in rushing despite being the only RB in the Top-15 with fewer than 100 total carries. He tied the NFL record on Sunday with a sixth straight game averaging over 5.0 yards-per-carry with a 10-carry minimum.
That 10 carry threshold was in danger in a laugher of a game on Sunday as the Lions absolutely blasted the Titans 52-14. But Gibbs managed 11 rushing attempts, totaling 127 yards and a 70 yard touchdown in the process.

Per NextGen stats, Gibbs reached a top speed of 22.03 MPH on that run, the second fastest time recorded by a ball carrier this season.
1. Jalen Hurts
It has been an up and down season for Jalen Hurts so far, but with both of his top wideouts - AJ Brown and DeVonta Smith - back and healthy, Hurts and the Eagles got it going in a 37-17 win over the Bengals.
Hurts completed 16-of-20 passes for 236 yards and a touchdown, and added 37 yards and three more touchdowns on the ground. The touchdown pass was a 46 yard bomb to Smith.

For the first time in about a year, the Eagles once again looked like Super Bowl contenders thanks to Hurts.
