Jerry Jeudy's NFL career got off to an uneven start after he entered the league with so much promise following a great career at Alabama. It just took a change of scenery for him to finally show the world just how talented he is.

After a prolific career at Alabama that included winning the Biletnikoff Award as the nation's top wide receiver, Jeudy was a first-round pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, and spent the first four season of his career with the Denver Broncos. He failed to top 1000 yards in any season, and drew criticism from plenty of people, including former Carolina Panthers star WR Steve Smith.

In March of last year, the Broncos traded Jeudy to the Cleveland Browns for a fifth and sixth-round pick. Jeudy immediately flourished in Cleveland, despite dealing with the same uncertainty at QB that plagued his career in Denver.

Jeudy caught a career-high 90 passes for a career-high 1229 yards and four touchdowns. He was named to the Pro Bowl for the first time in his career.

Jeudy's fifth-year breakout has improved his standing as one of the best WRs in the league, and his peers have recognized him for it, ranking him on the NFL's Top 100 list for the first time.

Jerry Jeudy claims the No. 82 spot on the NFL Top 100

Jeudy was voted as the 82nd best player in the NFL, according to the NFL Top 100, which is voted on by NFL players.

The most satisfying moment in Jeudy's breakout 2024 season came in his return to Denver in December. In a losing effort against his former team, Jeudy caught 13 passes for 235 yards and a touchdown. His 235 receiving yards was an NFL record for the most in a game for a player against his former team.

Jeudy developed an excellent rapport in Cleveland with former Florida State QB Jameis Winston, but will unfortunately be looking to develop chemistry with a new QB in 2025. Winston left the Browns in free-agency to sign with the New York Giants, and the Browns' current QB situation is a gigantic mess.

With Deshaun Watson set to miss another season, the Browns will be deciding among four, not-so-great options under center this season. Along with veterans Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett, Cleveland drafted both Dillon Gabriel and Shedeur Sanders in the 2025 NFL Draft.

Uncertainty at QB is nothing new for Jeudy. He's dealt with it his entire career. Imagine how much damage he could do if he ever gets to play with an above-average QB.
