Total domination! Roll Tide!

Get your day started with the Morning Kickoff. All of your Crimson Tide news in one place.

No. 7 Alabama scores 35 in 2nd quarter, buries No. 21 Texas A&M

"Alabama looked every bit the part of a national title contender, with a point-a-minute attack and a defense that planted a goose egg on one of the nation’s most prolific offenses.Blake Sims passed for 268 yards and three touchdowns, and he scored on a 43-yard run while leading the seventh-ranked Crimson Tide to 35 second-quarter points and a 59-0 pummeling of No. 21 Texas A&M on Saturday."

ESPN’s recap of yesterday’s game against the Aggies. It’s been a while since I smiled that much at a victory but I was grinning from ear to ear. Total domination from start to finish. That is Alabama football.

Did Johnny Manziel tweet ‘Hahaha’ while ‘Bama was wrecking A&M?

"How badly were the Aggies being beaten? Well, the Crimson Tide racked up 45 points. And the Aggies? They managed 51 yards of total offense.Yeah, it was no laughing matter.Except perhaps for one famous former Texas A&M quarterback."

I love it. If you are going to tweet it, leave it out there. Don’t back down.

Controversial New York Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez attends Alabama-Texas A&M game

"Alex Rodriguez, one of Major League Baseball’s best and most controversial players in history was at Alabama’s 59-0 win over Texas A&M on Saturday. The 39-year-old infielder has hit 654 home runs for the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers and New York Yankees, but was suspended for the 2014 season for violating Major League Baseball’s PED (performance-enhancing drugs) policy."

Not at all one of my favorites but pretty cool for the ones that got to meet him. There is always a few of the major sports stars that find their way to Tuscaloosa for the big games each season.

Recruits react to Alabama’s 59-0 win over Texas A&M

"Alabama coaches probably couldn’t have picked a better time for two of the country’s top recruits to see a game in person. The Crimson Tide waxed Texas A&M 59-0.Defensive ends CeCe Jefferson and Byron Cowart were on official visits for the game. Several others, including top-rated Alabama commits Blake Barnett and Ronnie Harrison, were also at the game, and so was an Auburn commitment."

Pretty cool to see all the recruits reactions on the game, especially live when as the game is happening.
