Pat Friermuth, TE, Penn State

Many believe that Friermuth is the best tight end in college football right now. Alabama football hopes to be better at that position, but adding a stud like this is a no-brainer. He has the size and the skillset to make Mac Jones look a lot better than he truly is, and Mac Jones is already good. The Crimson Tide could use their other tight ends as blockers and let Friermuth open up the seam.

Jevon Holland, S, Oregon

Oregon players would fit in great at Alabama. Mario Cristobal has established a great work ethic with all of his players. If Holland wants to cement himself as the top safety in this class, then watch out for him to try to play elsewhere this season. Alabama would be a great fit after losing Xavier McKinney and Shyheim Carter from last year’s team.

Blake Mazza, K, Washington State

Alabama is always looking for ways to improve their special teams. Blake Mazza was one of the best college football kickers last year. He made a field goal for over 50 yards, made 20 of 21 field goal attempts, and had a game-tying field goal as well. His only miss was a blocked attempt for nearly 50 yards. No matter what you think of how Will Reichard will perform this year, you have to be looking at other options if you’re a true Alabama football fan. Mazza is proven at the college level.

Justin Fields, QB, Ohio State

There is absolutely no way this happens. I don’t think Nick Saban would even place a phone call if Fields entered the transfer portal. However think about it. Fields would love to get his revenge on Kirby Smart and the Ohio State Bulldogs. He needs another chance to cement himself as a top-10 talent. He also wants to compete for a national championship this year. All of those dreams could come true in Tuscaloosa.

This would be heartless and disrespectful to Mac Jones, and that’s why I honestly think there’s no chance that this happens. However, you have to admit that Fields is a better quarterback than Mac Jones. You can argue about team chemistry and everything, but Fields is better on the field. This would also let Mac Jones transfer, have two years of eligibility, and Bryce Young would be the quarterback in waiting.

Again, there is no way that this happens. But this article is all about chaos. Let’s add some fuel to that chaotic fire.
