5.) Joe Brady- Offensive Coordinator, Carolina Panthers

Quite a hail mary pass here, but this would be a home run hire if there ever was one. Not only is Joe Brady one of the best, up-and-coming play callers in football, but he would help Alabama Football continue recent offensive success. With Brady, there might not even be a drop of production in terms of coaching. Why would Joe Brady leave the Panthers? Simple. Because whenever he is finished leading Alabama Football to success, not only will he have plenty of incredible job offers like his current one and better, but he will be a better coach as well. Look at those who have coached under Nick Saban, and where they are now. This would be an incredible hire. Unlikely, but incredible.

Below are my opinions from a realistic perspective on these possible candidates:

Most realistic– Tom Herman or Phil Longo

Interesting but not worth it– Adam Gase

Likely to turn down the job– Hugh Freeze

Unlikely– Joe Brady

With Alabama Football breaking records lately, it is likely they will want to continue that trend. If they want to continue it, there should be no rush in looking for the right offensive mind.
