Which Alabama football players will NFL teams try to draft?

Atlanta Falcons: Najee Harris

Atlanta needs to find its identity. They have an aging roster, but they don’t seem to be ready to compete for an NFL playoff spot. So, what’s next? The first step to finding an identity is adding attitude changers who will commit to the organization. That is what Najee Harris is looking to do. He is ready to win, and the Falcons would be better with him on the roster.

If Harris falls to the second round, look for the Falcons to snatch him up before he makes it to other teams in need of a running back.

Carolina Panthers: Mac Jones

Carolina has been aggressive this offseason, but they still need to improve at quarterback. Teddy Bridgewater won’t be the guy for long. Carolina might be aggressive again and trade up to take Mac Jones.

The Panthers are also in the Deshaun Watson sweepstakes, but there is no guarantee that he will be traded. If not, the Panthers will be looking to add a quarterback early in the first round, and Mac Jones makes sense.

New Orleans Saints: Dylan Moses

Many Saints fans will be begging for Mac Jones, but he won’t be available late in the first round, and the Saints are not prepared to make a massive trade up the board. Instead, I’m predicting for them to draft Dylan Moses. This would be a need for the Saints, and Moses grew up in Louisiana. NFL teams don’t factor that into their draft grades, but it would be a great story.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Christian Barmore

The Bucs have retained tons of talented players from last year’s Super Bowl team. Still, they need to add some players at a few key positions. They might be looking to bolster the offensive line, but I have them taking Christian Barmore. Vita Vea has been elite, but the Bucs are not expected to bring back Suh. Barmore would compete for a starting role and also give the Bucs depth.
