Where should Alabama football fans hope Landon Dickerson lands?

Despite only two seasons with Alabama football, Landon Dickerson easily became one of the favorite players for Tide fans. He was a team captain in 2020, and his personality and leadership set him apart.

After ending his collegiate career with a national championship win, Landon Dickerson is off to the 2021 NFL Draft. Despite his ACL injury in 2020, he seems to be getting buzz in the first round. His tape speaks for itself, and he has taken advantage of every opportunity offered to him so far.

Dickerson can play center or guard. With his size and skill, he can improve almost any NFL offensive line. However, fit matters with every player, and Dickerson is no exception. With that in mind, these are the best landing spots for Dickerson.

3. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers have a reputation of having excellent offensive lines, but that has not been the case in recent years. In 2020, they struggled to protect Big Ben at the end of the season. With his age, they can no longer rely on him to make plays by himself.

This problem for Pittsburgh is that their line will be weaker as of right now. They lost their center to retirement, and he was one of the best in the NFL. If they could replace him with Alabama football’s Landon Dickerson, they would be set for another decade.

This would presumably have Dickerson going in the first round, which helps his pay. He would be playing for a team that will be looking to win now, and he would have a place on the starting roster from Week 1. Those three things make this landing spot almost perfect.
