31. Kansas City Chiefs: Landon Dickerson, OC, Alabama

Landon Dickerson showed his leadership with Alabama football over two years, and his talent speaks for itself. He will pancake block someone in almost every game, and his football IQ helped the Tide before the snap.

The Chiefs need offensive line help. They don’t specifically need a center, but anything would help Mahomes have a clean pocket at this point. Dickerson can play center or guard, so his versatility is a plus.

I realize that his Alabama football career ended with a knee injury and that he has a deep injury history. That being said, having a mauler at center will help carry the Chiefs back to the Super Bowl.

32. Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Christian Barmore, IDL, Alabama

Barmore is the best interior defensive lineman in the 2021 NFL Draft. He is one of the only interior pass rushers. That means he can play on all downs, which sets him apart.

However, Barmore could easily be drafted earlier than this. He was invited to attend the draft in person, and that honor is usually only for locks in the first round. There’s a chance the NFL knows something we don’t, but don’t be surprised if Barmore’s name is called sooner rather than later.
