Alabama football is coming off a massive 42-13 win over LSU on Saturday night in Death Valley to take a massive step toward the College Football Playoff. The Crimson Tide played its most complete game of the season, and with three games left in the regular season, it is firmly in the driver's seat for a bid to the playoff.

Alabama plays its annual November FCS cupcake this weekend with Mercer coming to Bryant-Denny Stadium before finishing the regular season with a road trip to Oklahoma and a home date with Auburn in the Iron Bowl.

There's been plenty of news on a busy Monday for the Crimson Tide, so let's get right into it:

Kalen DeBoer announces suspension of Keanu Koht

In his Monday media availability, head coach Kalen DeBoer announced that junior edge rusher Keanu Koht had been suspended. Koht didn't travel with the team to LSU and according to DeBoer Koht will not play this weekend against Mercer. He did not go into further details about the length of the suspension or the reason for it.

With Koht suspeded and the season-ending injury to Que Robinson, Alabama is pretty thin now at the Wolf position.

Alabama trending to flip recruit; also trending to see a committed recruit flip elsewhere

It's flipsgiving time in recruiting. The flips giveth, and they taketh away. DeBoer and the Alabama coaching staff got a crash course on that over the last 48 hours.

Amid Alabama's blowout win over LSU, 5-star WR Caleb Cunningham was rumored to be on the verge of flipping his commitment to home state Ole Miss. Cunningham was in attendance for Ole Miss' upset win over Georgia and was surely caught up in the emotion of what transpired.

Cunningham has yet to make his flip official, but don't be surprised if it happens. Also, do not be surprised if he flips again and still ends up in Alabama's class. His recruitment is far from over, regardless of who currently holds his verbal pledge.

On Sunday, Alabama began trending to flip Michigan 4-star safety commit Ivan Taylor. Several crystal balls have come in on Taylor flipping to the Crimson Tide in the last 24 hours.

Taylor is the No. 7 safety in the country per the 247Composite and a native of Winter Garden, Florida. He was previously committed to Notre Dame before flipping to Michigan, and it now looks like he will ultimately flip to Alabama.

Kickoff time set for Alabama/Oklahoma

After navigating a night game at LSU, Alabama will have to do it again in two weeks in Norman in another tough environment. On Monday, the SEC announced that Alabama's upcoming road trip to Oklahoma will kick off at 6:30 PM CT on ABC.

It has been a challenging season for the Sooners, but a night game in Norman is a tall task regardless of the quality of the Oklahoma team.

SEC POTW honors for Tyler Booker, Jalen Milroe, and Jihaad Campbell

Tyler Booker was named the SEC's Co-Offensive Lineman of the Week, Jalen Milroe was named the Co-Offensive Player of the Week, and Jihaad Campbell was named the Co-Defensive Player of the Week after all three starred in Alabama's dominant effort against LSU.

Booker paved the way for the big day on the ground for Milroe. Milroe ran for 185 yards and four touchdowns, several of which were sprung by Booker.

Campbell led the way for an Alabama defense that didn't allow LSU to reach the endzone against the starters. Campbell finished with 12 tackles, 1.5 sacks, and a key forced fumble on a strip sack of Garrett Nussmeier in the 2nd quarter that led to an Alabama touchdown.
