Things really could not be going better for Kalen DeBoer and Alabama football right now. Fresh off the massive win over the Tennessee Vols in Tuscaloosa, it sure looks like even more good news could be on the way for DeBoer and his coaching staff. Yup, it'd be in addition to 4-star QB Trent Seaborn also committing.
For a long time, plenty of eyes have been on 5-star quarterback Elijah Haven, who was on hand for Alabama's convincing win over Josh Heupel and the Vols. Things went so well for him, recruiting analysts Steve Wiltfong and Sam Spiegelman have BOTH put in their official predictions for the nation's No. 1 QB to pick the Tide.
Alabama lands 4-star QB right after beating Tennessee
This key update arrived a little before Seaborn shut things down and announced that he's going to be Tuscaloosa-bound for the next level. It's now looking like DeBoer is ready to take two QBs and adding Haven to the 2027 commits list would be unreal for the program:

Elijah Haven has been predicted to commit to Alabama football
Per the 247Sports Composite, Seaborn is ranked four stars and the No. 18 QB in the land. Haven is five stars and the top signal-caller for the '27 cycle. Both are electric playmakers and they have bright futures ahead of them in college. Will the two end up being teammates together as freshmen?
With that said, it sure seems like following his recent trip to campus, Haven is quite high on all things Alabama and it might have been enough to make him realize that he needs to play his college ball in the SEC for DeBoer. If that ends up being the case, the Tide faithful will be over the moon.
Throughout his recruitment, the 6-5, 215-pounder out of Baton Rouge has picked up 15 offers. Previously, it looked like Florida was in pole position to land him, but the disastrous campaign thus far led to Billy Napier getting fired. Because of that, Alabama is in a fantastic spot for the Louisiana native, who will be making a return trip to Tuscaloosa for the LSU game on Nov. 8. Could that trip only increase Alabama's chances of capturing his commitment? We'll find out soon enough.
