Alabama football had nine players invited to the NFL Combine that will take place in Indianapolis starting on February 27th. They were tied for the 6th most invitees by school. This is the first time since 2016 that Alabama didn't have double-digit players invited.

Here's the full list of the Crimson Tide players who were invited to Indianapolis:

OG Tyler Booker
P James Burnip
LB Jihaad Campbell
TE CJ Dippre
QB Jalen Milroe
DB Malachi Moore
TE Robbie Ouzts
OLB Que Robinson
DL Tim Smith

Alabama has two additional draft-eligible prospects who did not receive invites to the combine - K Graham Nicholson and LS Kneeland Hibbett.

Alabama had four other former players who transferred to other schools who were invited to the combine. Those players are WR Isaiah Bond, WR Ja'Corey Brooks, OL Seth McLaughlin, and CB Trey Amos

It will be interesting to see if either Malachi Moore or Que Robinson will be able to participate in on-field drills. Moore underwent surgery in December and was not healthy enough to participate in the Senior Bowl. Robinson suffered a season-ending injury against LSU. Odds are both will not be able to go through drills, but the combine will still give them face-to-face opportunities with NFL decision-makers.

Tyler Booker and Jihaad Campbell are projected 1st round picks. Jalen Milroe still has an opportunity to end up in the 1st round, though some struggles in Mobile a couple of weeks ago has undoubtedly hurt his draft stock. In a recent mock draft, Milroe was projected to be selected late in the 2nd round.

The combine will be a big opportunity for Milroe to recover some of his stock. He will be one of the most talked about prospects in Indianapolis and figures to have the widest draft range among eligible prospects in this class due to so many split opinions on the Crimson Tide signal-caller.
