4-star PF London Jemison announced his commitment to Nate Oats and Alabama Basketbal on Saturday, choosing the Crimson Tide over a group of finalists that included Louisville and Virginia.
Jemison becomes the second pledge of the 2025 class for Alabama, joining 4-star wing Amari Allen, who announced his commitment to the Crimson Tide on September 10th.
Alabama has a lot of momentum on the recruiting trail fresh off of last season's Final Four run. Alabama signed the No. 2 class in the country in 2024, and is positioning itself for another high finish in 2025.
Jemison's commitment comes a week before a massive recruiting weekend for Alabama, highlighted by an official visit by the No. 1 player in the country A.J. Dybantsa.
Jemison is listed at 6'8 and 200 pounds, and projects as a bit of a project player who needs to add some weight to his frame to be able to hold up as a four in Division I college basketball. He's a true stretch-four with the ability to hit three's, and he has flashed a lot of defensive potential and versatility.
Jemison is ranked as the No. 38 player in the 247 Composite Rankings and the No. 1 player in the state of Connecticut.
Earlier in summer, On3's Jamie Shaw noted that Jemison was one of the standouts of the NBPA Top-100 camp.
Jemison's commitment moves Alabama to the No. 6 class in the country, per the 247 composite rankings.
