The Nick Saban era is over in Tuscaloosa and it will be an impossible one to replicate. Let’s face it, replacing the greatest coach in college football history will be no easy task for Alabama. Even a program so dominant, one that will likely have input from Saban himself, is not immune to stepping on a landmine in the hiring cycle.

Plenty of the hottest names in coaching are already off the table with Alabama joining the coaching carousel so late, but that’s not completely true for the Crimson Tide.
