Que Robinson bided his time during his Alabama career, sitting behind 1st Round edge rushers like Will Anderson Jr. and Dallas Turner. Robinson stepped into the role last season and looked poised for the breakout year he had been waiting for.
Through nine games, Robinson led the team in sacks. Unfortunately, he suffered a season-ending injury in the Crimson Tide's blowout win over LSU. He still put enough on tape to get his NFL shot.
On Saturday, the Denver Broncos selected Robinson in the 4th round with the 134th overall pick. Robinson was picked just four selections after his Alabama teammate Malachi Moore was taken by the New York Jets.
Robinson has the tools to develop into an impactful NFL player. He played a lot of special teams during his time in Tuscaloosa, which is something that will very likely be asked of him immediately in Denver.
It'll take some development for him to become an every-down kind of option, but for now, he can potentially contribute as what Nick Saban calls a DPR (designated pass rusher).

Que was a special teams ace for Alabama early in his career, and developed into a versatile EDGE/LB pass rusher who can work on all three downs.

Que Robinson is the fifth Alabama player taken in the 2025 NFL Draft
Robinson became the fifth player selected out of Alabama in the 2025 NFL Draft, and the second to hear their name called on day three of the draft. Malachi Moore went four picks before Robinson at No. 130 to the New York Jets.
Tyler Booker (12th) and Jihaad Campbell (31st) were selected in the 1st Round while Jalen Milroe was taken in the 3rd Round (92nd) by the Seattle Seahawks.
Robinson will join a Broncos defense that features former Tide CB Pat Surtain II, who is fresh off of winning the Defensive Player of the Year award in 2024.
Alabama still has a few NFL Draft hopefuls remaining who could hear their names called sometime on Saturday. DL Tim Smith, TE CJ Dippre, and TE Robbie Ouzts are all realistic options to be selected. A special teamer like P James Burnip has an outside shot, but he's more than likely to be an undrafted free agent.
