Alabama football faces off with Missouri in Tuscaloosa for Homecoming. The Crimson Tide is fresh off of a loss to Tennessee, its second of the season, that left its playoff hopes hanging on by a thread.

Alabama is catching a pretty big break on Saturday with two offensive starters for Missouri, QB Brady Cook and RB Nate Noel, doubtful and unlikely to play.

This is a must win for the Crimson Tide, for the sake of its playoff hopes and the temperment of the fanbase. It's still early in Kalen DeBoer's tenure in Tuscaloosa, but a third loss before November would leave fans restless.

Who are the announcers for Alabama vs. Missouri

For the third time this season, Joe Tessitore will be the play-by-play guy for an Alabama game. He was on the call for Alabama's wins over USF and South Florida. Joining him as the color analyst this time will be someone new. Jesse Palmer was alongside Tess for the first two Alabama games he called this season.

This time, it will be Jordan Rodgers on color. Rodgers, like Palmer, is a former SEC quarterback. Rodgers played at Vanderbilt and is the younger brother of New York Jets QB Aaron Rodgers.

Rodgers might be most famous in his playing days from this devastating hit laid on him by Alabama's Mark Barron.

The sideline reporter will be Katie George, who worked with Tess for the two previous Alabama games this season.
