If there ever was a team that lived by the “just wait until next year” philosophy, it’s the Georgia Bulldogs. Well, actually, there is one more and they will be our final contender on our list.

The Bulldogs were high and mighty last season with the screams of “This is our year” before the season started. They were already getting ready to challenge for this season’s off-season title and they didn’t even realize it. All of their tunes changed after Alabama visited Georgia. It was a massacre.

At the end of the year, the Bulldog administration decided it was time to find a new captain that would steer the Bulldog ship through the waters of mediocrity for another few decades. Former Alabama defensive coordinator Kirby Smart was hired as coach and a few other coaches made the switch from Alabama to Georgia.

They were feeling the championships in February. Just pump the brakes, Georgia folks.

Yes, you may have succeeded in constructing what you think was the Alabama of the eastern division in the conference. There is just one difference—Coach Nick Saban.

You may very well have a great season and from what I am seeing, you will definitely make the playoffs in the off-season championship. You might as well get at least one title.
