Alabama Football: 3 perfect NFL landing spots for Najee Harris
By Dakota Cox
3 perfect team fits for Alabama football’s Najee Harris
1. Miami Dolphins
Miami was only one win away from making the NFL Playoffs this season. Most of their issues came on the offensive side of the ball. Najee Harris could help with every piece of their puzzle.
The Dolphins have a stable of backs, but no one has stepped up as the clearcut back of the future. Harris could instantly start for the Dolphins, and his presence alone could be enough to take the Dolphins to the Playoffs.
This would also pair Harris with Tua Tagovailoa, one of his closest friends. Tua and Najee were roommates back in their Alabama football days, and they would instantly have chemistry. Harris could also alleviate the pressure on Tagovailoa’s shoulders as a pass protector and receiving back.
Najee is currently working with the Miami Dolphins’ coaching staff at the Senior Bowl, so this could easily happen. With two first-round picks this year, the Dolphins can afford to draft a running back in the first round.
If Miami decides to stick with Tua, they have to give him a chance to succeed. That would include drafting offensive linemen, running backs and receivers. With Najee’s versatile style of play, he can do a little bit of everything.
