3-star CB Preston Glasco has become one of Alabama's highest priorities down the stretch of the 2027 recruiting class. The former UConn commit decommitted from the Huskies last week, with a trio of SEC teams - Alabama, Georgia, and South Carolina - making a significant push to land him.
But it looks like Alabama may be carrying the momentum with the Peach State native. Glaso took his official visit this past weekend to Tuscaloosa for the Crimson Tide's matchup against South Carolina. He quickly set up another visit.
Per 247's Brett Greenberg, Glasco will return to the Capstone in two weeks to be in attendance for Alabama's game against Georgia:

3-star CB Preston Glasco returning to Tuscaloosa as Alabama builds momentum in his recruitment
Alabama has made Glasco a priority, something that he's clearly noticing. His return trip for the Georgia game will mark the third time he's been in attendance for an Alabama game this fall.
Glasco was in Tuscaloosa for Alabama's season opener against East Carolina. He picked up an offer from the Crimson Tide that weekend. He quickly set up an official visit for the South Carolina game and will now return for a third time.
That matters.
He's taken trips to both Georgia and South Carolina, but there have been no return trips mentioned at either place. Glasco is reportedly discussing a potential visit to Tennessee, but it might be too little, too late for the Vols to become a serious contender in his recruitment.
There have been no official predictions made, and Alabama is certainly not to the finish line yet, but it's hard to view his movements as anything but putting the Crimson Tide at the top of his recruitment at this point.
Glasco is the tall, rangy cornerback that Maurice Linguist has always coveted since becoming Alabama's DBs coach.
As things stand in the 2027 recruiting class, Alabama has one cornerback committed, 3-star Darrius White, another Georgia native.
That duo would give the Crimson Tide a pair of developmental corners for down the road. Barring any Transfer Portal losses, Alabama should only lose Zabien Brown to the NFL Draft. They should return Dijon Lee, Carmelo O'Neal, Jorden Edmonds, and Zyan Gibson, which makes the position less of a priority for Kalen DeBoer in this cycle.
Finishing it with White and Glasco in the boat would be good work, though. Both are underrated prospects with recruiting interest from major programs that goes far beyond their star rating.
