UPDATE: Never a doubt, as Alabama closed this one out and recorded a 96-84 win over Auburn. The Crimson Tide have closed the regular season out with a 23-8 record, going 13-5 in SEC play.
At the time of this writing - there's still time to go in the second half between Alabama and Auburn. However, we're going to go ahead and call it. Yup, we're not waiting for the final whistle, as this one is over folks. Alabama has dominated Auburn, making life worse for Tigers fans everywhere.
Alabama can burst Auburn's bubble by taking advantage of Tigers' biggest flaw
Even former players are beyond livid. Such was the case for Wendell Green Jr., as he was watching the action from home and he was hating what was going on. In the first half alone, the Crimson Tide were spanking the Tigers, entering the halftime break up 50-31.
Alabama came out of the gates hot, playing the game with a ton of passion. On the other side of things, Auburn was sluggish and first-year head coach Steven Pearl didn't make any adjustments to solve things. Because of this, it sure looks like Green is ready for a change to already be made. He's not the only one feeling like this:
Clear house.

Wendell Green Jr. has seen enough of Steven Pearl because of Alabama's dominance
Pearl was given the job out of the blue when his father Bruce Pearl retired out of nowhere. It was a move that no one was expecting and it also was a bummer for the Tigers players who decided they wanted to come back for this season. That's of course nothing for the Crimson Tide to worry about.
It's been a great season for head man Nate Oats, as the Crimson Tide are ranked the No. 16 team in the country and the belief is this team has what it takes to go on a deep run in the NCAA Tournament. The complete and total opposite can be said for Auburn.
At this time, it's unknown if the Tigers are going to even sneak into the tournament. They are definitely on the bubble watch, but it has been made more than clear that Steven Pearl should not have been hired to take over for his dad. It was a silly decision and it's one that's haunting the Tigers this year. It has Green furious, but it's something the Alabama faithful can smile about.
