Just a few days ago, the Alabama Crimson Tide was blown to smithereens by the Indiana Hoosiers, and fans are still reeling from the experience.
Those fans included former star players for the Tide, notably legendary running back Mark Ingram, who not only won a BCS Championship with Alabama in 2009, but also secured that year's Heisman Trophy.
Ingram jumped on his podcast, The Triple Option, which he hosts with college football analyst Rob Stone and legendary head coach Urban Meyer, to share his thoughts on Bama's performance.
"There's nothing good to say about what transpired in the Indiana game," Ingram said. "I'm just not used to watching Alabama get dominated, in this fashion, where [they] can't do nothing about it."
Mark Ingram isn't ready to quit on Alabama
Despite the 38-3 blowout loss to Indiana in the quarterfinals of the College Football Playoff, Ingram wasn't entirely doom and gloom while talking about the state of the Crimson Tide.
"I am proud of the direction that the program is going," Ingram continued. "Last year we didn't make it to the Playoffs, last year we didn't make it to the SEC Championship game... Coach DeBoer is a good coach, we have a lot of talent, I think it's just time to go back to the drawing board."

After last year, fans had head coach Kalen DeBoer and his staff on notice. This year, they earned a little reprieve after finding themselves as the No. 1 seed in the SEC Championship and winning the first-round playoff game against Oklahoma.
However, Ingram summed it up perfectly, saying that the team still needs to figure out "how to take the next steps."
Even with a quarterfinal appearance in the College Football Playoff, DeBoer and the Tide still have an uphill battle ahead of them, but it isn't time to throw in the towel quite yet.
