The NFL Draft is finally here. After months of prognosticating and projecting, draft destinations for college football's brightest stars will be revealed over the next three days.
The NFL Draft got started on Thursday night in Pittsburgh with the first round. The second and third rounds take place on Friday, with the final four rounds taking place on Saturday.
Alabama has a plethora of NFL Draft hopefuls who have been doing everything they can since the season ended to get on the radar of teams.
The opening round came and went, with Alabama extending its record 1st round NFL Draft pick streak to 18 consecutive years, with Kadyn Proctor being selected being taken No. 12 overall by the Miami Dolphins.
Ty Simpson didn't have to wait for long after that: he was selected with the next pick at No. 13 by the Los Angeles Rams, extending Alabama's streak of multiple 1st round NFL Draft picks to 10.
10 other Crimson Tide players will hope to hear their names called over the next two days.
Live updates: Alabama's 2026 NFL Draft Tracker
- Kadyn Proctor: Miami Dolphins (Round 1, Pick 12)
- Ty Simpson: Los Angeles Rams (Round 1 Pick 13)
- Germie Bernard: Pittsburgh Steelers (Round 2, Pick 47)
- LT Overton: Dallas Cowboys (Round 4, Pick 137)
- Parker Brailsford: Cleveland Browns (Round 5, Pick 146)
- Justin Jefferson: Cleveland Browns (Round 5, Pick 149)
- Josh Cuevas: Baltimore Ravens (Round 5, Pick 173)
- Domani Jackson: Green Bay Packers (Round 6, Pick 201)
- Tim Keenan III: Los Angeles Rams (Round 7, Pick 232)
- Jam Miller: New England Patriots (Round 7, Pick 245)
Proctor's selection by the Dolphins came as little surprise. Following his impressive showing at the NFL Combine and Alabama's Pro Day, Proctor seemed locked into the top half of the first round, with many believing the Detroit Lions at No. 17 overall was his absolute floor.
Instead, after trading down one pick from No. 11 so the Dallas Cowboys could select former Alabama safety Caleb Downs, the Dolphins pulled the trigger on Proctor.
Simpson was the surprise at No. 13 to the Rams, though there had been significant smoke leading up to the draft of that exact scenario. Sean McVay and Los Angeles coveted Simpson from the get-go, and they showed how much by landing him with a premium draft pick.
Germie Benard came off the board in the second round to the Pittsburgh Steelers, becoming the first Alabama player NOT coached by Nick Saban since Ramzee Robinson was picked in the 7th round way back in 2007.
It was a big wait after Bernard went early on day two. Alabama's next selection came 90 picks later when LT Overton was selected by the Dallas Cowboys late in the 4th Round.
The Browns double-dipped on Alabama prospects in the fifth round, grabbing Parker Brailsford and then Justin Jefferson within three picks of one another.
The fourth selection for Alabama on day three, and the third of the 5th round, was TE Josh Cuevas going to the Baltimore Ravens.
Alabama's eighth overall selection was CB Domani Jackson, who went to the Green Bay Packers at No. 201 overall in the 6th Round.
Tim Keenan came off the board in the 7th Round after a much longer wait than originally expected.
Alabama's 10th and final selection in the 2026 NFL Draft was RB Jam Miller, who was taken by the New England Patriots at No. 245.
